Electrolyte Mix (Daily Hydration)
Most electrolyte drinks are built around heavy sodium loading for marathons you're not running. Daily Hydration is built for the rest of your training and the rest of your day — 200mg chelated magnesium (Albion TRAACS®), 1g taurine, 1g glycine, methylcobalamin B12, plus trace minerals and bicarbonate buffers to support cellular hydration, recovery, and sleep. Naturally berry-flavored and stevia-sweetened. No sugar, no maltodextrin, no artificial colors or sweeteners. 60 servings.
Mix 1 scoop (~6.5g) into 8–16 oz of water and stir or shake until dissolved. Use once daily for consistent mineral support, after training to support recovery, or in the evening to wind down. One serving covers a full daily magnesium target — additional servings won't add benefit. Can be used situationally or as part of a daily routine — no loading required.

Every ingredient. Every dose. What it does.
Most "electrolyte" products are just salt and sugar. This formula adds chelated magnesium (TRAACS™), bicarbonate buffering, taurine, glycine, B12, and trace boron — the broader cofactor profile that hydration actually depends on.
Pairs with the MAXIS system.
