Questions
Program FAQ
How do I earn commission?
You earn 15% on every qualifying order placed through your referral link. Tracking is automatic in your affiliate dashboard.
Do repeat purchases count?
Yes. When a customer comes back and buys through your link, you earn on every qualifying order, with no cap.
What discount do I get as an affiliate?
20% off your own orders of individual MAXIS products (stacks are already priced below buying the parts). You'll get your affiliate code when you're approved; use it at checkout.
Can I sell MAXIS on TikTok Shop?
Yes. Add MAXIS products to your TikTok Shop showcase and earn 20% commission on every TikTok Shop sale. Those sales are tracked in the TikTok app.
Where should I put my link?
In your Instagram or TikTok bio, or your Linktree, so purchases track to your account.
When do I get paid?
On the 1st of each month via Venmo or PayPal. No minimum payout.
Can my rate increase?
Yes. High-performing affiliates may qualify for a higher rate based on sales and content quality. We'll reach out if you do.
