What to expect
Days 1–14
Foundation phase
Collagen peptides start being absorbed and circulating within hours of intake. Daily consumption builds the amino acid pool your body uses for connective tissue, skin, and joint repair.
Weeks 4–8
Skin and nails
Most published research on collagen for skin elasticity, hydration, and nail strength shows measurable changes in this window with consistent daily intake.
Weeks 8–12
Joint and tendon support
Studies on collagen peptides for joint comfort and connective tissue typically measure outcomes at the 12-week mark. Effects are gradual and accumulate with continued use.
Ongoing
Daily essential
Natural collagen production declines after age 25. Collagen peptides work as a steady daily replacement — not a short-term protocol but a long-term foundation.

Manufactured in the USA. Hydrolyzed collagen peptides sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle in Argentina and Brazil — two of the world's largest pasture-based cattle regions. Bovine hide collagen selected for its balance of Type I and Type III collagen, the two types most relevant for skin, hair, nails, and connective tissue support.

How it's made
FDA-Registered Manufacturing
Produced in a US manufacturing facility registered with the FDA for dietary supplement production. The registration is independently maintained and subject to federal inspection.
Made Under cGMP Standards
Production adheres to current Good Manufacturing Practices, the federal framework that governs identity, purity, strength, and composition of every batch. All processing happens in isolated clean rooms designed to prevent cross-contamination.
Grass-Fed, Pasture-Raised Sourcing
Sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle in Argentina and Brazil — countries with some of the world's largest pasture-based cattle operations. Not from feedlot or grain-finished sources.
Outside Laboratory Testing
Rigorous testing by outside laboratories is performed to ensure purity. Testing is done at various stages of production, and outside laboratory partners are audited to qualify their results.
Hydrolyzed for Absorption
Collagen is hydrolyzed into low molecular weight peptides — small enough to be easily digested and absorbed. The resulting powder is cold-soluble: nearly flavorless, odorless, and mixes into hot or cold liquids without clumping or congealing.
20g Per Scoop, Single Ingredient
Each scoop delivers 20g of hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides — a generous serving that sits comfortably above the 2.5–10g range used in most clinical research on skin, hair, nails, and joints. No proprietary blends, no fillers, no added sweeteners. One ingredient: bovine hide collagen peptides.
Clinical research on the ingredients
Skin elasticity and hydration
Randomized, placebo-controlled trials of hydrolyzed collagen peptides have shown significant improvements in skin elasticity, hydration, and dermal density. In one double-blind study, women taking 2.5g daily for 8 weeks saw measurably improved skin elasticity, with effects persisting four weeks after stopping. A separate 12-week trial reported significant gains in hydration, elasticity, roughness, and density versus placebo.

Joint comfort and function
Collagen peptides have been shown to reduce activity-related joint discomfort in randomized trials. A 24-week Penn State study of 147 athletes taking 10g daily reported significant reductions in joint pain during activity, walking, standing, lifting, and at rest. A follow-up 12-week trial in 139 athletes with knee pain confirmed the effect — including at a lower 5g daily dose.

Bone density and connective tissue
Bovine collagen peptides have been studied for bone density in randomized trials. In a 12-month, placebo-controlled study of 131 postmenopausal women with age-related bone loss, 5g daily significantly increased bone mineral density at the lumbar spine and femoral neck — the two sites most clinically relevant for fracture risk — and favorably shifted markers of bone formation.

Lean mass and strength
Hydrolyzed collagen peptides have been shown to support body composition when paired with resistance training. In a 12-week randomized trial of 53 elderly men with sarcopenia, 15g daily combined with resistance training produced significantly greater gains in fat-free mass (+4.2 kg vs. +2.9 kg placebo) and greater reductions in fat mass compared to training alone.

What customers ask

Questions, answered straight.

Flavored or unflavored — which should I get?
It comes down to use case. Our vanilla version is built for drinking it as a shake. This unflavored version is built for mixing into things you already drink or eat — coffee, smoothies, oatmeal, soup, baking. Same grass-fed, pasture-raised source. Same 20g per scoop. Just no flavor system, which means a slightly cleaner ingredient panel for people who want one ingredient and one ingredient only.
Why bovine hide instead of marine or chicken collagen?
Bovine hide is the most studied collagen source and has the best balance of Type I and Type III collagen — the two types most relevant for skin, hair, nails, joints, and connective tissue. Marine collagen is mostly Type I (skin-focused). Chicken is mostly Type II (joint-focused). Bovine gives you the most comprehensive amino acid profile for the cost.
What does 'hydrolyzed' mean and why does it matter?
Whole collagen is too large for your body to absorb directly. Hydrolysis breaks the collagen down into smaller peptides (chains of amino acids) that absorb easily through the gut. This is what makes the powder cold-soluble and digestible. Non-hydrolyzed collagen is gelatin — which has its uses, but isn't ideal for daily supplementation.
How long until I see results?
Most research on skin elasticity, hydration, and nail strength measures outcomes at the 8-week mark. Joint and connective tissue benefits typically show up at 12 weeks. This is a build-up product, not a one-shot fix.
Can I cook or bake with it?
Yes — collagen peptides are heat-stable, which is one of the advantages over whey protein. Stir it into soups, sauces, oatmeal, coffee, or use in baking. The peptides remain intact through normal cooking temperatures.
Is it really flavorless?
Essentially, yes. It's described as nearly flavorless and odorless. Some people detect a very mild taste in plain water, but it disappears completely in coffee, smoothies, or any flavored liquid.
Why grass-fed and pasture-raised?
Cattle raised on pasture have different fatty acid profiles and amino acid profiles compared to feedlot cattle. They're also raised without the routine antibiotic use common in conventional cattle farming. Argentina and Brazil have some of the world's largest pasture-based cattle operations.
What's the difference between collagen and protein powder?
Both are protein, but with different amino acid profiles and uses. Whey protein is a 'complete protein' with high BCAA content — built for muscle synthesis. Collagen is high in glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline — the building blocks for connective tissue, skin, and joints. Most people who train benefit from both.
